
NLEMA are offering members of the charity the opportunity to gain skills that can contribute to seeking employment in the catering and food industry.
Members can enrol on an online Food & Hygiene course Level 2 which will be studied at Cornerstone House Centre in Cumbernauld. Computers will be provided and snacks will be available during short breaks. For info please email: info@nlema.co.uk or otherwise contact the number provided on the advertisement. Course start date is Saturday 26th of April and runs every Saturday for 4 weeks. Opportunities to discuss ethnic minorities’ contributions to the food industry as part of an informal research data collection process will be actively pursued in aid of improving services offered by NLEMA. Members have the choice whether to participate or not, there is no obligation.
