Reflecting on 2024 as a year that brought the birth of NLEMA as the community spoke and we listened! Our board grew from a mere three (3) trustees to seven (7) in a short period of time, this proves that our community are hungry for change and involvement in the plight to better represent the individuals that form the demographics of a diverse community.
